Radisson Hotel Tunis, City Center

The essence of any great stay lies in the people, far beyond the facilities. The hotel staff were exceptionally professional, kind, and incredibly friendly. They displayed remarkable patience and were genuinely dedicated to enhancing my experience. Special thanks to Osama, Omaimah, and Fares for their outstanding service during and beyond my stay. Without a doubt, this hotel should be among your top choices in Tunis. The hotel itself is very new, featuring comfy and modern rooms. The location is incredibly convenient, situated in the city center with several restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel in Tunis with my husband to celebrate our anniversary, and the experience was absolutely unforgettable! Before our arrival, I contacted the hotel to arrange a surprise room decoration with flowers for the occasion. The team was very responsive and paid close attention to every detail. We arrived around 1 PM (although official check-in is at 3 PM), and were warmly welcomed by the security at the entrance and the reception team. A special thank you to Omeyma and Jasser at the reception—they were extremely professional, always smiling, and went out of their way to assist us with such kindness and care. To our surprise, the hotel upgraded us from a Superior Room to a Panoramic Room without us even requesting it! The room was beautifully decorated just as we had asked, and it was clear the staff had gone above and beyond to make it special. Housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay. The room was always spotless and well-maintained. A big thank you to Maryem, the housekeeper, for her attention to detail and dedication. Room service was quick and efficient, and breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options. What I appreciated most was the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. It’s clean, quiet, well-organized, and provides the perfect environment for rest and comfort.

We have been to radisson hotels all over the world but the staff in Radisson Tunis make it the best Radisson hotel in the world. We were supposed to check in on our daughter’s 5th birthday. I sent a message to the hotel to ask if they can do anything for her birthday. At check in they not only updated our room to premium panorama view room but the room was already decorated with balloons, candies and birthday cake. It was such a great surprise for us and our daughter. Housekeeping manager Sana did a great job and she was also present at the check in to welcome us. Room was spacious, with huge giving panorama view of the city from the 7th floor. Both bathroom and room was spotlessly clean. Hotel is brand new and its visible from every corner. Climate system worked superb. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and we had great sleep every night. Breakfast staff welcoming us every morning was the highlight every morning. Ala carte and buffet breakfast both were available. Great variety of hot and cold options with fresh juices. Reception staff gave great tips about sightseeing and restaurants. Location is perfect for sightseeing in city centre with many restaurants and shops nearby. On our last night we just told them at the restaurant that we did not get time to eat Tunisian food on our trip, they did not have those dishes in the menu that night, we went outside in the city Center to eat. When we came back, we got a call from restaurant and I told them that we have eaten but we did not like it much, they told us that they have especially prepared Tunisian dishes for us, I politely said no but they insisted and sent it to the room. They no doubt tasted yummy, as compared to what we ate at the restaurant outside. Their service is top notch. They went way beyond our expectations to make our stay the best stay. We will never forget how the treated us and the amazing service and hospitality from each and every member of the staff.

I really liked how modern, clean, and well-designed the property was. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and polite, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and upscale. The location was perfect, quiet, yet close to many key attractions in Tunis. The food was great, the room service team were always responsive and kind, and even the security team were friendly and attentive, which made me feel safe and well taken care of. It truly exceeded my expectations.

The hotel was very clean and new. As soon as we arrived they offered us something to drink and let us check in before 15 pm which was really nice. The room was comfortable and clean, all the staff (receptionists, waiters, cleaning staff…) was welcoming and super kind. The position of the hotel is perfect, you can reach the medina walking and there’s also a mall with a supermarket right in front of it. The food was really good, there wasn’t too much choice but the products were fresh and of good quality! Everything was great, we really recommend this hotel <3
